Joseph Ajang Barach Ajang Biography
Born in 1984 in Twic East County, Jonglei State, South Sudan, Joseph Ajang Barach Ajang grew up in a devoted Christian family that shaped his values of faith, integrity, and compassion. Raised in a rural environment, he learned resilience and responsibility through herding cattle, fishing, and supporting his community.
Joseph began his education at Fuji Primary School before advancing to Monar House High School, where he completed his KCPE and KCSE. He later pursued higher studies at the Eldoret College of Professional Studies, earning a Diploma in Human Resource Management. He also holds a Certificate in Health Care and a Computer Applications Certificate, strengthening his skills in leadership, public health, and digital literacy.
His professional journey reflects a deep commitment to service. Joseph has worked with the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, served as a Health Care Supervisor in Kakuma Refugee Camp, and coordinated humanitarian programs with Xavier Organization (COHERE). As a community leader for South Sudanese groups in Eldoret and Kakuma, he has guided youth, resolved conflicts, and fostered unity.
Driven by a passion for empowering girls and women, Joseph founded the Amot Girls Foundation, advocating for education, health, and opportunities for vulnerable girls in Eastern Africa.
With firsthand understanding of the challenges faced in his home community, Joseph continues to champion girls’ education, women’s empowerment, healthcare access, and refugee support. His vision is to build a future where every child—especially every girl—can learn, thrive, and contribute meaningfully to society.
Grounded in faith and a heart for humanity, Joseph remains dedicated to creating positive and lasting change for marginalized communities.

Dr. Bishop Elijah Abuoi Arok Biography
Dr. Elijah Arok has been the missions’ director of both African Christian Missions International/ Life in Abundance International since 2007. During these years, Elijah has collaborated with the missionaries and the rest of the global partners to further God’s name, and achieve the mission of God’s Kingdom. He has been recognized in different ministries for his achievements as a Teacher, and his contributions to the Education Field as well.
Elijah has worked for Anglican Churchin various capacities since 1984, most recently as the head of the Ecclesiastical Province of South Sudan. He pursues the development and spread of African Christianity through its two-thousand-year history, demonstrating how the African church has faithfully testified about God and the abode of the saints

Prisca Auma Otieno

Prisca Auma Otieno Biography
Prisca joined Amot Girls Foundation in 2024. She holds a degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Nairobi, along with certifications in Data Entry and Management, and Statistical Data Analysis using SPSS, Stata and Excel.
With a wealth of research experience, Prisca has contributed to several surveys conducted by the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics, working both as a Research Assistant and Research Supervisor. Additionally, she served as a Presiding Officer during the 2022 Kenya General Elections.
Prisca is deeply passionate about providing sustainable solutions and driving positive change for underserved communities around the world.

Kepha Omondi Otieno

Kepha Omondi Otieno Biography
Kepha was born in the early 1990s and began his academic journey in primary school, completing his studies in 2004. He later joined Thika High School, where he sat for his KCSE examinations in 2009. Driven by a passion for business and financial management, he enrolled at Kenyatta University and pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in Finance. He successfully graduated in 2013.
Upon entering the corporate world, Kepha gained valuable experience during a brief but impactful stint in the banking sector, where he developed strong analytical, customer service, and financial operations skills. His professional path later expanded into freelance consultancy, focusing on grant and research proposal writing for a diverse range of organizations and individuals. In this role, he has supported initiatives across various sectors by preparing compelling, well-structured, and donor-aligned proposals, strengthening the capacity of institutions to secure funding and implement meaningful programs.
Kepha is known for his commitment to continuous learning, attention to detail, and results-driven approach. His combined expertise in finance and proposal development continues to position him as a reliable contributor to organizational growth and project success.
